The survey team at Delta Engineers, Architects, & Surveyors (Delta) serves private and commercial clients in the Southern Tier of New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. Formerly known as Southern Tier Surveying until merging with Delta in 2018, the Endwell survey team brings over 20 years of previous experience practicing in New York State and Pennsylvania and has a combined experience of over 80 years.

As the former Principal of Southern Tier Surveying and the current Director of Survey & Mapping Services at Delta in our Endwell office, Roger H. Holmes, PLS is well-versed in a variety of project types and knows what it takes to oversee multiple survey and mapping projects and manage a strong, knowledgeable team.

Our extensive survey experience allows us to successfully complete projects in a cost-effective manner while remaining on schedule and budget. We strive for excellence in all of our work and make every effort to meet our client’s needs. Our team has a strong background providing comprehensive survey services including boundary surveys of residential lots, large tracts of land, and ALTA/NSPS surveys to a variety of clients.  We have provided FEMA elevation certificates for numerous parcels in our area and have extensive experience in topographic surveys for engineering and architectural projects, including preconstruction surveys and post construction as-built surveys.

We specialize in construction stakeout for private companies, local municipalities, and New York State DOT projects. We also provide the stakeout of storm and sanitary sewer projects, roadways, curbs, sidewalks, bridges and buildings.

The Survey Department at Delta has two locations to better service ALL of New York State and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania. Thomas A. Parker, PLS, joined Delta in 2017 to head the team at our Vernon, NY Office, covering the northern and western regions of New York State. Roger H. Holmes, PLS was the former principal of Southern Tier Surveying, until he merged with Delta in 2018, he heads the Endwell, NY Office team, covering the Southern Tier as well as the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania.

Thomas Parker and Roger Holmes are well versed in a variety of types of projects and know what it takes to oversee multiple survey and mapping projects.  Tom and Roger work very well together in managing strong, knowledgeable staff, having a combined experience for the survey team at delta is over 150 years!
