New precast concrete retaining walls were installed around the bunny hill and carpet lift as well as two 6’ x 10’ three-sided vaults to house the top and bottom of the carpet lift while providing easy maintenance access. The lift was raised using precast concrete blocks as the foundation. Wieser Concrete produced approximately 310 linear feet of freestanding precast retaining walls with a formliner finish ranging 8’ to 16’ tall. Delta Precast provided PE sealed design calculations for the custom design that fit the mountain topography.
