Delta, in collaboration with Chianis + Anderson Architects, is proud to have contributed architectural, engineering, and construction administration services for the transformation of Saint Casimir’s Church in Endicott, NY into the new Mercy House of the Southern Tier. Mercy House is a non-denominational home created to support terminally ill residents in the final days of their life’s journey. Residents are accepted without regard to religion, race, age, national origin or financial resources.
Mercy House is a 10 bed facility that will be staffed by professionals and trained volunteers. Amenities include a kitchen, library, and chapel. The facility will provide 24-hour care, home cooked meals, and open visiting hours for family and friends.

A project ribbon cutting and grand opening reception at the new facility will take place at 1:00 pm on Sunday, February 28th at 212 North McKinley Avenue in Endicott, NY. Tours of the new facility will be conducted from 1:30 – 4:00 pm. We invite you to stop by to see this important addition to our community.
