United Way

We are proud of our longstanding commitment to the success and growth of the United Way. We support through contributions of time, energy, and expertise on direct action projects and though leadership on the Board of Directors. Our employees are generous contributors to the annual community campaigns.

Mercy House

Delta contributed professional design nd construction services for the transformation of Saint Casimir's Church in Endicott, NY into the Mercy House of the Southern Tier. Mercy House is a non-denominational home that supports terminally ill residents in the final days of their life journey. Delta continues to contribute through Board presence and fund-raising support.

Leadership Development

We develop future leaders through support of programs like P-TECH and the Broome Leadership Institute (BLI). We actively mentor students and our emerging leaders to contribute to their success at Delta.

Broome County Festival of Lights and Spiedie Fest

Delta contributes time and talent to the Broome County Festival of Lights, a local holiday light show and one of the largest light shows in New York State and Northern Pennsylvania. Our employees serve as leaders on the Spiedie Fest & Balloon Rally Board of Directors, help to set up the event, plan the event, and run the event.

Delta also partners with local schools and colleges to mentor prospective engineering students and invites individual students and groups to our office to share real-world experiences in our fields of expertise.
