Anthony oversees all aspects of the company including strategic planning, marketing, business development, and client relations. He has 30 overall years of experience and has worked at Delta for 24 years, of which he has been involved in the management and design of a wide range of projects. Anthony earned his Juris Doctorate from the Lincoln Law School of San Jose and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
Jim has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design and construction support of construction projects throughout the New England States. As COO, his duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, improving efficiency and quality of project delivery processes, development and implementation of new operational initiatives, and assisting with company financial performance and growth. Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, and he has been with Delta since 2004.
Rick has 30 years of design and project management expertise in mechanical engineering design with emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and process piping systems as well as extensive skills in managing multi-discipline projects. He has designed a multitude of steam, chilled water, hot water, heat pump, forced air, plumbing, sprinkler, chemical fire suppression, building control, and specialty systems for new and renovation projects. Rick received his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and he has been with Delta since 1989.
David has over 30 years of experience in a wide range of roles in the architectural and engineering design services field and oversees financial, accounting, and human resources operations for the company. His responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, reviewing all accounting functions, and working with the CEO and COO on strategic planning and business forecasting.
David is a versatile architect with over 25 years of diverse architectural experience that includes building analysis, space planning, programming, design development and construction documents, detailing, signage and way finding systems, value engineering, exhibit design, and contract administration provided for federal, academic, institutional, and private clients. He has performed commercial and institutional building projects, laboratory updates, courtroom renovations, and healthcare facility modernizations for clients including the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the General Services Administration, the National Institutes of Health, Kaiser Permanente, and Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Joe has over 30 years of transportation, engineering, and management experience. Joe is responsible for project management, personnel management, technical support, client relationships and quality assurance. Joe has extensive experience in the design, management and construction oversight of precast concrete and bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects including: precast and prestressed concrete structures, conventional steel girder bridges, truss bridges, concrete arch structures and fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) structures. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, and he has been with Delta since 2005.
Daryl has over 20 years of hands-on experience solving design challenges for a wide variety of precast concrete projects and works as a structural engineer in the areas of modular precast construction, bridge construction, and highway noise barrier panels. He has become a leading industry authority in the design, manufacture, and installation of precast products targeted for state, municipal, and private industry including utility vaults, manholes, box culverts, prestressed bridge beams, arches, retaining walls, noise walls, and cast-in-place conversions. He is actively involved with the National Precast Concrete Association as a member of the Board of Directors.
Steve is responsible for project management, personnel management, technical support, client relationships and quality assurance. Steve has more than 30 years of experience in performing hazardous materials inspections, along with providing monitoring and design services. Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and he has been with Delta since 2006.
Eric has over 20 years of experience in the programming, planning, and design of governmental, healthcare, and institutional projects in the US, and around the world. Eric has managed projects through all phases of development from new construction to renovations, including occupied renovations and has extensive experience with physical security design. As a Senior Project Manager, his duties include overall design oversight, client relations, and value engineering. Eric earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Tom is the Director of Survey & Mapping Services at Delta and has more than 30 years of experience providing boundary, topographic, construction stakeout, legal descriptions, mapping, and elevation certificates in New York State. He works with land owners, municipalities, real estate agents and attorneys, title companies and lending institutions to meet their varied survey & mapping needs. As Director, Tom oversees and works closely with field crews and CAD technicians to plan projects and to ensure high quality results on all survey and mapping projects.
Aaron serves as Vernon Group Director Director. With expertise in land development, Aaron has managed a wide range of civil projects for commercial, state, municipal, university, and residential clients. Aaron has experience managing projects as diverse as sub-division developments, convenience market expansions, highway and bridge repairs and rehabilitations, recreational facility design and upgrades, beach restoration, and hotel expansions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, and he has been with Delta since 2009.
Rodney is the Schenectady Office Group Director and also serves as a senior electrical engineer. His technical experience encompasses the field of building electrical systems engineering including building power distribution, high voltage switchgear and distribution, power conditioning, UPS systems, lighting and fire alarm systems. He has extensive experience in the design of CCTV systems, perimeter and interior security systems for commercial and institutional facilities, and in electrical service and distribution system upgrades to accommodate increased demands of modern fire alarm and PA systems. firstname.lastname@example.org
Don serves as a Founding Principal of Delta and is an Emeritus Member of the Board. In addition to his long and distinguished service to the company, Don was instrumental in providing guidance and oversight for the development of our original ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.
