Anthony oversees all aspects of the company including strategic planning, marketing, business development, and client relations. He has worked at Delta for 20 years, of which he has been involved in the management and design of a wide range of projects. Anthony earned his Juris Doctorate from the Lincoln Law School of San Jose and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
Jim has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design and construction support of construction projects throughout the New England States. As COO, his duties include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, improving efficiency and quality of project delivery processes, development and implementation of new operational initiatives, and assisting with company financial performance and growth. Jim received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, and he has been with Delta since 2004.
Rick has extensive design and project management expertise in mechanical engineering design, with emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and process piping systems as well as extensive skills in managing multi-discipline projects. He has designed a multitude of steam, chilled water, hot water, heat pump, forced air, plumbing, sprinkler, chemical fire suppression, building control, and specialty systems for new and renovation projects. Rick received his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and he has been with Delta since 1989.
David has nearly 30 years of experience in a wide range of roles in the architectural and engineering design services field and oversees financial, accounting, and human resources operations for the company. His responsibilities include maintaining the integrity of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, reviewing all accounting functions, and working with the CEO and COO on strategic planning and business forecasting.
David is a versatile architect with 25 years of diverse architectural experience that includes building analysis, space planning, programming, design development and construction documents, detailing, signage and way finding systems, value engineering, exhibit design, and contract administration provided for federal, academic, institutional, and private clients. He has performed commercial and institutional building projects, laboratory updates, courtroom renovations, and healthcare facility modernizations for clients including the University of Maryland, the National Institute of Standards and Technology, the General Services Administration, the National Institutes of Health, Georgetown University Hospital, Kaiser Permanente, and Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Joe has nearly 28 years of transportation, engineering, and management experience. Joe is responsible for project management, personnel management, technical support, client relationships and quality assurance. Joe has extensive experience in the design, management and construction oversight of precast concrete and bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects including: precast and prestressed concrete structures, conventional steel girder bridges, truss bridges, concrete arch structures and fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) structures. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, and he has been with Delta since 2005.
Daryl has 17 years of hands-on experience solving design challenges for a wide variety of precast concrete projects. He also has experience as a structural engineer with specialization in the areas of modular precast construction, bridge construction, and highway noise and debris barrier panels. Daryl has become a leading industry authority in the design, manufacture, and installation of precast concrete products targeted for state, municipal, and private industry projects including utility vaults, manholes, box culverts, prestressed bridge beams, arches, retaining walls, noise walls, and cast-in-place conversion to precast. He is actively involved with the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA). He is currently serving on the Storm Water Committee.
Steve is responsible for project management, personnel management, technical support, client relationships and quality assurance. Steve has more than 26 years of experience in performing hazardous materials inspections, along with providing monitoring and design services. Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and he has been with Delta since 2006.
Eric has over 20 years of experience in the programming, planning, and design of governmental, healthcare, and institutional projects in the US, and around the world. Eric has managed projects through all phases of development from new construction to renovations, including occupied renovations and has extensive experience with physical security design. As the Chevy Chase Group Director of Delta, his duties include client relations, design oversight, value engineering and overall office management. Eric earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Bruce has more than 35 years of experience providing topographic, boundary, construction stakeout, and photogrammetric control surveys. Under Bruce’s leadership, laser scanning projects prepared by Delta’s Land Surveying Group received first and second place awards at the 2013 HxGN Worldwide High Definition Laser Scanning Conference. Bruce received his Associates Degree in Surveying from Sullivan Community College and continued his education by attending several surveying course at Ferris State College Michigan and Clarkson University. He has been with Delta since 2009.
Aaron serves as the Director of our Civil Design team in Vernon and also oversees Delta’s Vernon, New York office. With expertise in land development, Aaron has managed a wide range of civil projects for commercial, state, municipal, university, and residential clients. Aaron has experience managing projects as diverse as sub-division developments, convenience market expansions, highway and bridge repairs and rehabilitations, recreational facility design and upgrades, beach restoration, and hotel expansions. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, and he has been with Delta since 2009.
Don serves as a Founding Principal of Delta and is an Emeritus Member of the Board. In addition to his long and distinguished service to the company, Don was instrumental in providing guidance and oversight for the development and certification of our ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.
