Our highly motivated Delta team members recognize that a key element of exceeding our clients’ expectations is the delivery of exceptionally thorough and accurate studies, reports and construction documents.
To improve our ability to deliver, Delta developed a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that first received ISO 9001:2008 certification from UL DQS, Inc. in 2009. We’ve maintained our certification through annual audits ever since.
As part of our QMS, we track key metrics and performance indicators that we developed to help our groups measure our success with exceeding client expectations, such as our ability to meet promised delivery dates, our low change order percentage, and of course, the feedback we receive.
One of the cornerstones of our QMS is our commitment to soliciting, welcoming, and reacting to feedback from both our clients and our team members. Through this feedback, we learn, we adjust, then we improve.
We are exceptionally proud that Delta is one of a select few AEC firms whose quality program rises to the level of achieving and maintaining formal ISO certification. However, based on the constantly changing marketplace, technologies, available materials, and the economy, the delivery of high quality studies, reports and construction documents is not a destination but a journey. We’re now nine years into our journey, and we have recently transitioned our quality management program to conform to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 – the newest ISO 9001 international standard.
Our current ISO 9001:2015 certification is valid through February 2021.
